Qodec turns compatible Android devices into intelligent endpoints — for guided sessions, local analysis, compressed sync and fleet-level oversight.
Qodec is the runtime, the control plane, and the integration surface. We sell the device, the SIM, and the software underneath. You build whatever sits on top.
Samsung Galaxy S23 and up. Google Pixel 9 and up. Certified refurbished, tested, and shipped with the Qodec App pre-installed and already enrolled to your organisation. Buyers can also bring their own compatible phones.
One SIM that carries traffic across both Optus and Telstra. Automatic failover. Pay-as-you-go data at $0.018 per MB. Australian-issued, Australian-billed, with a full audit trail.
A managed device experience that ships pre-installed. The phone is a Qodec endpoint, not an Android phone with an app. Workflows, on-device speech, text and vision AI, voice and camera capture, compression, and offline-first sync are all built in.
Provision endpoints, author agents, deploy workflows, and review every artifact your fleet produces. Ask Qodec Analyst questions in chat, schedule jobs, and generate reports. Specialist Models can be connected separately by API.
A year ago, this level of speech, text and vision AI typically lived in expensive server infrastructure. Through advanced model quantisation and data compression, Qodec brings that capability onto compatible mobile phones — so intelligence can run where the work actually happens.
Speech, text and vision in a single inference pass — running locally on the phone's neural processing unit, with no internet connection required.
Multimodal speech, text and vision AI ran in data centres on dedicated GPU fleets. Every interaction made a network round trip. Costs scaled with usage. Anything offline was out of reach.
Through model quantisation and dictionary-trained data compression, the same class of capability runs on compatible Samsung and Pixel devices. Intelligence happens at the edge. Only structured observations sync back.
Same capability surface. Different altitude. Intelligence runs where the work happens.
Qodec gives you intelligence at the right altitude. Workflows that run inside the phone for instant response. A control-plane analyst that reasons across your whole fleet. And the ability to plug in your own specialised models for anything else.
Every endpoint runs Qodec's on-device AI directly on the phone's neural processing unit. Speech, text and vision in a single inference pass. Up to 32,000 tokens of context. Runs in under 3 GB of memory. Works with no internet connection.
The cloud-side reasoning surface. It understands every endpoint, every workflow run, every artifact. Ask it a question in chat and it answers from your data. Schedule recurring tasks and generated reports. Trigger jobs from events anywhere in the fleet.
Partners can connect their own external model provider by API key — for advanced image and video analysis, deep reasoning, or industry-specific inference. Register a provider, an endpoint, and a model identifier in the Console. Plug them into Analyst sessions and scheduled jobs. Independent of the on-device runtime.
Qodec processes and structures rich data on the device, then syncs compact observations — instead of constantly pushing heavy raw files. Pick a scenario and watch a payload form, compress, and arrive at the manager.
Refurbished Samsung and Pixel devices give partners a practical, scalable way to deploy without custom hardware. The Qodec App ships pre-installed and already enrolled to your organisation. Buyers can also bring their own compatible phones.
Compatible devices: Samsung Galaxy S23 and up, Google Pixel 9 and up. Buyers can also bring their own. We run a compatibility check at sign-up.
Multi-network connectivity improves resilience for deployments outside ideal environments. The Qodec SIM carries traffic across both Optus and Telstra and selects the strongest available signal automatically. You pay for the megabytes you actually move, not for a fixed bucket.
Coverage figures sourced from network operators. Qodec SIM automatically selects the strongest available signal.
Qodec listens for distress phrases continuously, on the device, with no audio leaving the phone. When a phrase is detected, the device gives a 12-second grace period. If no one says "I'm fine", Qodec sounds an alarm tone, posts an SOS event with a 6-second audio snippet, and escalates to the contacts you marked as emergency.
Three of the four examples below are remote-care scenarios because they are the most legible. The fourth is a deliberate non-healthcare adjacency. Whatever the domain, the primitives are the same: endpoint, agent, workflow, carrier, event, artifact.
Patients receive a Qodec phone before discharge. The endpoint runs a daily check-in: a calm voice prompt, a self-report, and a photo of the surgical site. Qodec captures observations on-device, structures the information, and supports clinician review through Qodec Analyst. Concerns escalate for follow-up with the relevant artifacts attached.
A physiotherapist provisions a Qodec phone with a movement workflow. The endpoint records short video segments, runs on-device pose analysis, and generates an adherence summary. The clinician reviews the result in Qodec Analyst and adjusts the routine remotely.
Daily voice check-ins held on the patient's phone. Transcripts and sentiment observations sync as they form. If a Specialist Model is configured, it can be triggered to flag patterns the manager asked us to watch for, with the original observations attached for context.
A non-healthcare scenario. Workers in remote locations carry a Qodec endpoint with a check-in workflow and the advanced SOS flow. The endpoint runs offline-capable safety routines and reports through the Console alongside everything else. Same primitives, different domain.
Pay for the platform, the SIM, and the hardware. Software updates, on-device AI, agent authoring, the Console, Qodec Analyst, scheduled jobs, generated reports, events, artifacts, and connectors are all included.
Qodec is infrastructure. Your product sits on top of it. We own the runtime, the on-device AI, the compression, the sync, the OTA delivery, and the control plane. You own the patient record, the clinical workflow, the brand the customer sees, and the integrations into the systems that matter to your business.
Carriers flow directly into clinical records via pre-built connectors.
Connect a PostgreSQL, REST endpoint, MQTT broker, or cloud IoT service on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Qodec writes events, artifacts, and summaries directly. We never become your system of record.
Configure agents, workflows, deployments, and policies per partner workspace. Custom app name, icon, orb theme, and domain. End customers see your product. We are the layer underneath.
REST and webhook coverage for endpoints, agents, workflows, jobs, events, artifacts, deployments, and connectors. SDKs in TypeScript and Python. API keys scoped per workspace, per environment, per role.
